Your feedback is important and highly valuable, giving us a better understanding of how things are from our parent's perspective, we rely on hearing from our parents to ensure we are providing the very best care, education and experience for all our children.  <br>As you shared in your review, this was not always the case for you and we apologise for this. Our parents are at the heart of our outdoor school and it is important that we address these points.<br>To briefly cover your key points, we understand that you are feeling disappointed with staff turnover, management and site investment.<br>Staff: We understand that staff turnover is disruptive for children and parents and although it is not an issue affecting our setting alone, we continue to review staff wellbeing, support and our recruitment process, and we continue to increase staff involvement in the running of our school.<br>Management: We have arranged more social meetings with our parents to encourage frank feedback and discussion about the running of our school, with the intention of understanding more about how our parents view the school's management.<br>Investment: We are currently in the process of upgrading our facilities, our new tent is up on higher and dryer ground away from the winter wet and we have arranged a warm building to escape to in a cold snap.
