Dear Miriam,<br>Thank you for the review. I  hope your son has settled into his new school since leaving us this summer. I am disappointed that you didn’t feel satisfied with our takeover. I would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss this with you, as I was not aware. We do appreciate that change is not easy, and communication has been made more difficult with the challenges that Covid presents. Whilst we facilitated many zoom meetings I appreciate for parents this isn’t the same as coming into nursery. Whilst your son was with us, we did see one member of the existing team leave as unfortunately, she wasn’t at the standard we were looking for, and another team member later left due to her own personal circumstances. This isn’t  ‘high staff turnover’ and our staff team has grown to meet the growing occupancy of the nursery. We agree with the importance of keyworkers and the role they play in a child’s learning and development which is why we have such a strong system in place.
