Hello Keisha, we are disappointed that you felt it necessary to leave this malicious and totally unfounded review and that you did not respond to us when we reached out to discuss this with you privately. At no time during your child’s attendance did you ever raise any issues regarding his care, how the nursery is run or that we do not have much to offer the children. You were contacted several times regarding the payment of outstanding fees, and we can only conclude that these comments are a result of the fact that you did not want to pay these outstanding fees for your notice period, as per your contract. All of our customers sign these contracts and are required to adhere to them as it impacts on our business, particularly the ability to employ and retain staff at these difficult times which we are wholly committed to doing.
