We take great pride in the fact that Langley Gorse Day Nursery has an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’ and we ensure all measures are taken to uphold this standard to provide the highest level of childcare. We take complaints very seriously at our nursery and we work very closely with outside agencies. The nursery team has excellent relationships with all of our families and we are sorry that this has not been your experience.
