I am really pleased you feel our nursery excelled your child academically and our staff provided care when looking after your child throughout the 2 years she was with us.<br>I can assure you, your child was offered diary free alternatives at ALL times when in our care. If our shopping delivery was unable to deliver the dairy-free milk (which happened once during the first lockdown) due to shortages and no fault of our own, you were made aware at the time and your child was offered a suitable alternative.<br>Your child was always offered dairy-free ice cream, yoghurts, and fruit.<br><br>We feel this is a very unfair comment as we have an onsite cook who prides herself on the excellent menu selection and food alternatives she provides catering for all children with food allergies care plans and parent preferences.<br>All of our menus are reviewed termly and copies of the menus are emailed on request.<br><br>Your child was always happy at nursery and mostly ate all of the food she was offered.<br><br>We do feel our nursery is good value for money, we appreciate your feedback we will continue to review and monitor our menu selection in the future.
