Henrys Kindergarten, as with all businesses has had a number of staff change their career following the pandemic and a re-evaluation of priorities with them wanting to spend more time with their families. However, Henrys does have several members of staff who have worked here for over ten years and we pride ourselves on how well we know each individual family. The COVID-19 pandemic has meant many changes for the nursery, including reduced resources over this period to ensure that everything can be deep cleaned daily. Looking forward, we hope to reintroduce all resources and equipment in the near future. Henrys Kindergarten operates an open-door policy with all parents, actively encouraging parents to raise any concerns or issues through discussions with the practitioners or management team and through anonymous surveys. The nursery values all feedback, allowing us to make constant improvements and reasonable adjustments to meet the needs of the families and children using our service.
