Hi Fiona, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your experience at our Dundee West nursery. Please be assured that concerns raised are investigated internally and areas for improvement are identified.<br>It has been difficult to ensure a long hand over in the evenings as parents have been unable to enter the base rooms and understand this has meant you've not seen the wonderful activities the children have been doing - to solve this, we now have more display boards at the entrances.<br>Thank you.
