We are so pleased she settled in so well and that the care of the team is recognised. I feel it's important (as the owner and a practitioner) to be on-site as much as possible and interact with all staff and children. We cannot make promises to families and make statements on our website about values and practice unless I can see for myself that we are indeed delivering. Being a Welsh chatterbox myself, it's hard not to be engaged with the children. I love to hear about their weekend news and be invited into their play. I know all of the Management and Leadership team appreciate the value of visiting each room throughout the week (COVID SAFE of course) and chatting with as many children as possible. That level of personal interaction and confidence just proves how secure the children are in our environment. <br>We will be investing in more ICT resources over the year but our first priority is a further development of the outdoor environment. Busy builders are the delay. Exciting times!
