Covid has put pressure on the team due to isolation and legislation requirements, but I want to reassure you that we closely monitor and manage our staffing and work hard to ensure continuity for the children. <br>We have been working on the revised EYFS changes and how to keep our parents up to date with their child’s progress. These are positive changes for the children and team, as instead of creating lengthy, time-consuming reports that can take us away from our children, we can focus on what is important and what we love - interacting and spending time with them. This means we will have more time sparking their curiosity and helping them to meet their next steps in learning and development. We have developed a suite of tools to ensure parents are fully informed of their child’s development from one-to-one meetings, to focus week observations and daily diary snapshots of their child’s day.
