Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide a loving, warm, friendly, healthy environment for all of the families in our care. We also encourage all of our families to provide feedback while they’re with us so we can continually improve upon our service. We have discussed your feedback internally and addressed this with you which has now been resolved. As Covid 19 has put many restrictions in place this has, unfortunately, had an impact in the early years sector in which parents/carers have not been able to come inside the building as they would have previously to see how we operate on a day to day basis and to also get to know the team and managers on a more one to one basis. We are hoping that this is something we will soon be changing in the near future due to restrictions being lifted.
