We appreciate your negative feedback, which we take very seriously. The nursery policies are dictated by the contract which the parent has signed and the guidelines and recommendations from Ofsted. Our principal priority is to look after the health, safety, education and welfare of the child. We always try to improve our services wherever possible. The management team disagrees with the comments the reviewer has made which are unfounded and the nursery has the full support of the contracted parent of the child in question. You also appreciate that the child in question continues to enjoy and thrive at our nursery.  There has never been a breach of any data protection legislation and the reviewer has been provided with all appropriate information recommended by Ofsted in respect of their child’s education and welfare. However, we are sorry to learn that you feel you have had a bad experience with the nursery. The management team will be happy to meet with you and discuss your concerns.
