Thank you for taking the time to provide an overall positive response on the standard of care and quality of the nursery, we are pleased that you would recommend to others. In terms of the facilities and outside space we realise that your child is no longer attending the nursery but we now have a fantastic outside classroom facility which the children love and our artificial grass garden is a safe space for the children to enjoy in all weathers. We value the amazing work and the role that they play in the development and care of these young lives and we are also proud of the individual journeys that they make in their employment with us, and we support and empower them to progress throughout the company. Many will testify that communication is constant and that we certainly do not cut corners in the standard of care we provide or with the employment of our staff, we are sorry that you feel otherwise.
