As we have discussed since you submitted your review, your child had attended our setting for three half day sessions over the course of one week, which we feel is an inadequate period of time to make an overall judgement about any setting. Your child was still settling into the nursery having not attended a nursery for 15 months due to COVID. Given some more time we feel your child would have made great progress getting them ready for school and into a new routine. Our staff understand the difficulties many children have faced coming out of the pandemic and provide comfort for all children, especially new joiners. We reviewed the CCTV footage of your child which shows he has been well cared for. At such a young age, children often do not play with one another however, they are always encouraged to play alongside each other to build those social skills.
