Communications and updates with the parents and carers have become even more essential since the pandemic started and ParentZone has enabled us to keep that close contact. When parents can't come into the nursery due to restrictions and babies have never been away from their family, it became our mission to find a way to settle them in and reassure parents in different ways so it's great to hear that everything we have put in place is working.
