All customers are made fully aware of these prior to childcare provision which you confirmed by signing the contract.<br>Despite the required fees, Tik Tak Childcare made a 50% discount on Banks Holidays, free of charge in June at the goodwill of the management. We gave you the flexible hours in the contract.<br>We are very sorry that you are manifesting your dissatisfaction with our service after you rejected our offer due to not being able to fulfil your requests and after you started interpreting the contract in your favour and trying to force changes to this contract in a way that is far away from being polite.<br>During the several months of service, both you and your wife were fully satisfied with Tik Tak Childcare's service. Your child made huge progress with development in all areas, so it is not understandable for us that you gave such an unfair and untrue review.
