Our team are disappointed to read your review of our nursery. We strive to offer as much flexibility as possible but we can only add extra sessions/change schedules when we have availability. To protect our families, we also cannot admit children who are unwell with COVID symptoms - though we know this can sometimes cause inconvenience to some, it is for the benefit of the greater community. With regards to there being a slight delay prior to the publishing of some observations, this is a result of our team prioritising the well-being and care of children over paperwork - something we are not willing to compromise on. Education is of paramount importance to us, as already highlighted, the team are focused on the children's nursery experience, ensuring that they are receiving high-quality interactions and care. We have been offering zoom meetings/phone calls to parents who wish to discuss their child’s development. If any of these queries/concerns had been raised we could have addressed them.
