This parents response was due to their frustration of not being able to re-register their child after notice had been given due to relocation. The nursery is in high demand and the place had been reallocated.<br>The safeguarding of our children is our highest priority. The nursery is staffed beyond the age ratio requirements and our beautifully resourced outdoor areas offer a wonderful learning experience. Delicious, balanced meals are prepared on site using fresh, local ingredients.<br>This parents’ concerns were investigated promptly and a detailed response provided outlining how our experienced team followed all safeguarding practices and introduced strategies to support the needs of a child who struggled to follow age-appropriate expectations.<br>Our Headmistress offered to meet with this parent and was disappointed that this offer was not accepted. This parents’ experience does not reflect the high parent satisfaction and positive reviews that we receive on a regular basis.
