I have spoken to the Nursery Manager who has confirmed the isolation room used for a child with covid symptoms to wait in with a nursery worker until collected by a parent does have a window and plenty of toys. Our Nursery Manager is happy for you to come into the Nursery setting to see the room if this will help.
The Nursery team have fed back they are currently working with you directly regarding your concerns around the menu and again are happy for you to come to the Nursery and have a parent one to one.
We hope you get your concerns resolved asap as you continue to have your child in the setting, we want you to be content with your nursery choice.
