However, I would like to reassure you that the incident you have raised in your review relating to the park was fully investigated and the needed action was taken. The parents of the child in the incident were satisfied with our investigation and remain at the centre.
We have taken all the needed precautions around Covid 19 and we closely follow the guidelines set by the Department of Education and Public Health England. To date, we have not had to isolate any children from the nursery.
