Thank you for your lovely review.   We certainly like to think that our staff are special!  We think it is extremely important that there is a strong bond between the key workers and the children.  We also try to encourage dialogue between the key worker and their families so that we know what is happening in the children's lives.  This is important so we can support them through any changes or worries the children might be facing.   It so nice to hear your review and that your eldest still thinks of us!  We hope they are both doing well at school.
