We are sorry to hear about your experience regarding continuity with your Key Person. Continuity is so important for children and we have a Key Person and settling process in place to support this. When team members do leave it is important that we plan to make the transition from one Key Person to another as smooth as possible for our children and families and that we communicate these changes well.
