We pride ourselves on high levels of service and reputation and we are saddened you have felt it necessary to leave this negative review rather than discuss this with the nursery.  After our conversation yesterday I hoped I had reassured you of our practices around how we allocate funded places and our optional service packages that are available.  As discussed, our optional extras are totally voluntary and dependant on each family's personal financial circumstances and choice.  I can see that this review was left on Monday before raising your concerns with the nursery and giving them the opportunity to address them in full.
