Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that your daughter has not connected with all of the staff in the room. But we are delighted that your daughter loves the teachers who are with her every day, that she is happy at nursery and getting good attention and activities tailored to her needs.  <br>We are sorry that as the managers we do not impress you. We work hard to build positive relationships with our families and to offer clear communication.  It has not been easy over the past year and some of the policies that we have implemented to be COVID safe have not been popular. We lead practice and learning in the nursery, supporting all staff to ensure our children are happy, safe and reaching their full potential.  <br>Thank you for feedback, recognising our work is evident in how your daughter is progressing and that she is happy at nursery and has good relationships with the team.
