Dear Parent,<br>Thank you for taking the time to write this review but we are surprised with your feedback.  <br>We strive to provide an outstanding quality of care and constantly seeking to improve our services for parents and children alike. <br>The staff at MMI Raynes Park are all qualified and have experience working with children including the manager who is managing this branch for the past 9 years with an outstanding performance record and has always strives to establish a rapport with the children and their parents .<br>The staff team stated that you choose not to follow the setting - in policies and procedure put in place and didn't give your son a chance to settle in as you arrived outside of the drop off and pick up times. <br>We regret that you didn't give the staff team the opportunity to bond with your child and build a relationship with yourself, as the manager and the staff team have created a wonderful enabling environment for the children as many of our parents will verify.
