We aim to keep parents informed through daily feedback and folders are available to take at every transition form (usually every 3 months), but I know with Covid19, this has been a little different as usual. However, our new app will soon replace this practice and you'll be able to have updates a lot more often, as well as contact staff on there too. Hopefully, that will be helpful.
