Thank you for your review. Whilst we are happy that you had a great experience with our baby room and management, we are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our toddler room. As you know, we have taken on board your feedback and explained our reasoning surrounding the particular issue which led to you removing your daughter from our nursery. However, we understood that you had already made your decision and waived your notice period as a result.<br>As can be seen from the many other positive reviews here, this is not the experience that the vast majority of parents have with all rooms in our nursery, however we have listened to your feedback and will continue to do our utmost to improve, in order to give the children in our care the best start to their lives.
