We are really sorry to read of your concerns and that you have changed nursery settings for your little one.
I see you have already been in touch with our Senior team and they have confirmed they have spoken with you further.
Due to covid guidelines, dropping off and picking up is taking longer due to ensuring children are all seen into the nursery safety, as at present we can not allow all parents in at once.
Our parent app is launching shortly, we are just in the final testing stages. Everything a parent needs will be on our new app. This will aid fast communication such as snow conditions not allowing staff not being able to get into nursery at late notice.
We understand it can be distressing if your child is not napping as they do at home. Our teams do work hard to settle the children as they do at home in their new surroundings.
