Thank you for your reply, after speaking with you about your thoughts about resources and cleanliness, we realised that we need to explain the ethos of Forest School more and explain that when children attend Forest School they love to play in the mud, so it will never look like a clean environment, but we have onsite hand washing facilities and a fantastic routine to ensure children wash hands regularly. <br>With the ethos of Forest School, physical resources (toys) are not necessarily required because nature's resources provide us with plenty of options to cover all areas of the curriculum. Our fully qualified forest school leader plans and carries out a wealth of activities that do not require toys or as many physical resources as an indoor classroom. <br>An outdoor classroom provides endless opportunities for development, and mud play has got to be one of the most fun!
