I am sincerely sorry that your experience of our Ofsted-rated Outstanding day nursery did not live up to either your expectations or the high standards we are committed to maintaining on a daily basis. <br>Mistakes were made in the busy period of staff returning from furlough and extended opening of the nursery but children’s safety was, and remains, a priority at all times. <br>Our commitment to safety and close parent partnership means every bump and scratch resulting from activity in nursery is reported via an ‘accident form’, and CCTV footage of the age-appropriate room is studied to ensure appropriate supervision at the time.  <br>Newly enhanced Covid-secure operating procedures – to ensure the safety of families accessing and exiting the site – did reveal some inefficiencies at the time but these have been addressed. All staff have been retrained and supported to ensure information is accurately uploaded to the App for each child. We welcome every opportunity to improve.
