Thank you for your feedback. We value all feedback as we continually evaluate the service we provide. I am sorry that you feel that there has been a difference since the change in ownership. Since the new ownership, the nursery environment has been refurbished and nursery resources updated to enhance the learning experiences for the children. With regards to the charging of fees for coronavirus, fees were not charged whilst the nursery was closed or open to key workers only. When the nursery was fully open to all children from 1st June 2020, only those parents accessing our service were charged in full and this remained in place until September 2020. In all other cases of isolation, the management team have addressed and taken a balanced approach to the charging of fees. Since the change in ownership, the team, underlying ethos and culture of the nursery has remained unchanged and staff and management continue to offer the best learning experiences and service for the children.
