We're sorry to read this review and were unaware of the issues raised. We understood the reasons for leaving nursery was because the family were moving out of the area. We felt that the family left on good terms and seemed sad to put their notice in. After being away from nursery for a few months during lockdown, they returned and seemed to be happy and excited for the day ahead; being welcomed each morning by the manager.
Any concerns around the menus could have been discussed, as our menus are accredited by the NHS and are regularly reviewed and rotated to ensure each and every child enjoys a wide range of foods. Each child’s progress is monitored using our online parent app, which allows all parents to log in to their child's journal to keep track of all the basics, from nap times and nappy changes to what they have eaten during the day and what activities they have enjoyed.
We are sorry that we did not have the opportunity to address the issues raised before leaving nursery.
