Thank you for your review. We understand you raised your queries about handovers at the time and this was resolved. As we explained, in line with government guidance handovers have to take place in a different way now, however, they will continue to be as informative as previous. To ensure we adhere to risk assessments events such as fun days cannot currently take place however we do continue to make links with local businesses and the care home. Parents, visits or visitors into the setting will resume when government guidance and risk assessments allow for these.
