Thank you for your kind review of the nursery it is always a pleasure to read such lovely comments.<br>In regards to staffing, we have had many staff with us for a number of years some from the day nursery opened, the most recent member of staff that left had been working for the company for five years. There are some staff that of course come and go, sometimes this is because of managements high expectations to deliver only outstanding quality care, others for promotion as we are only a small company these are positions that do not become available. We work exceptionally hard to ensure smooth transitions when staff leave to ensure consistency at all times for the children. Thank you for your kind comments about our new staff members, I am sure you appreciate the work that goes into recruitment and retention to ensure the very best staff team. Our recent recruits are a qualified Early Years Teacher now making three in the team and a member of staff who holds both a Degree and Masters Degree.
