We thank Mr C H for his very kind review, it is much appreciated.<br>However, we would like to make comment on the issues he mentions regarding staffing. We operate a four day staffing ratio and inevitably this means that staff will change over a five day week, whilst retaining core staff in each room. In addition to this there are times when sickness and holidays cannot be avoided. As regards staff retention, there are occasions, for numerous reasons, where staff move on and we always wish them well in their new ventures. Notably, some of our staff have been with us for between seven and twenty years. <br>Overall, we operate our outstanding nursery to the very highest standards and we note that Mr C H is appreciative of this fact.
