Thank you for your review -we take all feedback seriously as it helps us to continually improve.  When we acquired the nursery, we undertook a complete review of the way in which it operated. One of our aims was to improve staff retention and although there were some initial staff movements, we now have an extremely happy and stable workforce. We've invested in an Employee Relations Manager whose focus is to ensure staff are well supported and have career progression opportunities within our wider nursery group. We appreciate not everyone likes change, however, the feedback we are receiving from our current parents is extremely positive. In addition, we also introduced important measures to keep the children and staff safe during the Covid-19 pandemic by stepping up communications (incl. weekly Zoom calls with parents & children in lockdown) and investing substantially in new resources to make it safer for everyone. Our top priority will always be the happiness and safety of our children and staff.
