The team were really sad to see your little one leave the nursery & would have loved to see her stay until school, especially as her older sister attended for so long. We feel that the staff team have built in strength with regards to knowledge & training and are disappointed that you feel differently. The Senior team regularly carry out reflective observations to ensure that staff are enthusiastic and encourage the children to learn and develop to the best of their ability. Our fees are outlined to parents upon registration, and monthly invoices clearly detail childcare costs. As part of our Covid-19 procedures we are asking parents to drop off by 9am, however if a parent is unable to drop off by then this is not a problem and we will take their temperature at reception.
