Dear Kaya<br>I wanted to respond to your review as the Childcare and Education Director of the Nursery and as the person who worked with you when you initially made a complaint about the nursery. I am sad to see your negative review here on Day Nurseries and sorry that, despite working with you to understand the concerns and investigate these, you are not satisfied with our findings and conclusions and have chosen to express this on this platform. <br>I would like to reiterate that the findings of the investigation into your complaint along with the comments from our recent Ofsted inspection this year  - undertaken the month before your initial complaint - do not share the same view as your review and this is echoed in the other positive reviews left here by other families.
