I am pleased to hear you are happy with the nursery and that your son had such good relationships with both my colleagues and the other children and that our procedures during and after lockdown were well received. <br>We have always taken great pride in the level of communication between colleagues and parents but appreciate that reduced face to face contact due to Coronavirus may mean less time talking with your Key Person at nursery. We continue to talk to parents on the phone and via our app to ensure that everyone is aware of any changes to routines and to update learning and development progress.
