Both Queens Nursery and Queens Baby Nursery are OFSTED, OUTSTANDING. The parent asked for more sessions when the child transferred to Queens Nursery in the first couple of months. In the review the parent states the child did not settle; the child settled very well and wanted to attend more sessions. The parent flagged up about the child’s name and we were already working hard on language development and so was our specialist support person. Our Parent and Carer Contract state clearly that parents must cancel standing orders. We can only cancel direct debits which we do not accept. Parents must cancel standing orders, all banks have this requirement. There were 3 attempts at a refund as two of the numbers were incorrect. We emailed the parent to show them the attempts to refund and also the confirmed refund well before the publication date of the 25th June.
