We are really sad to hear that you felt this way during your child’s temporary placement at our Busy Bees centre. We operate an open-door policy here and we are upset that these concerns were not raised with us at the time as we would have looked to rectify and solve any concerns or issues you may have had. Although you joined us on a temporary basis during the lockdown period, we are delighted that you decided to remain at our centre for the foreseeable future and that you have put your trust in us to care for your child.
