I am sorry you feel this way in regards to our setting. I for one had not witnessed your little boy unhappy while coming in or while he shared his time in setting. Obviously there is a matter we have discussed via email which has led you to leave this unfair review.<br>Yes, we had a couple of staff members leave around the time you were in the setting. We do offer an apprenticeship scheme so people can gain a qualification in childcare, if they do not feel this is what they want to continue in when they've finished their apprenticeship we can not force them to stay with us. Previous to the occasional apprentice leaving we have not had a member of staff leave the setting for a substantial amount of time. We always maintain ratios. Again sorry you feel this way.
