Thank you for your feedback. As a setting, we value all feedback. We are pleased that the children were having lots of fun, and your son enjoyed his settling- in sessions in January with us. We are sorry that you did not raise other matters with us when we spoke on the phone. We do encourage the children to play in our lovely big garden in all weathers and engage in physical activities. Children wear weather appropriate clothing and enjoy splashing in puddles in their wellies or exploring nature trails in our Forest School area. Children can access our Squirrels room from the garden if they want to go inside. Our staff are passionate about providing nurturing and professional childcare at all times.
