We are really pleased you like the nursery and the staff. We too are very proud of our nursery and the team there. We take on board your comments about SNAP not being implemented fully. We have booked two of our senior managers on an upcoming course in March to further our overall knowledge on this subject. Please be assured that the head office do not stop any local initiatives, we actively encourage them.
