Thank you for the very positive comments regarding the care your children have received at The Brampton Day Nursery. Continuity of staff is always something that we strive to achieve, but maternity leave and a very challenging recruitment picture for childcare staff nationally do make this extremely difficult. We have always been focused on maintaining the standards of childcare we provide and as we have retained our outstanding OFSTED rating (2019), I would make the point that our staff are all working extremely hard.
