We are very sorry that you were unable to spend more time in the nursery getting to know the wonderful staff team and caring manager, allowing us to support you with our tried and tested settling in procedures. The manager is sad that you interpreted the discussion regarding strategies for settling children as 'tough love', as this is not a term she would ever use. We do wish you all the best.
