Thanks for your very positive comments. We recognise that we need to improve our 'office' support - our main focus has been on the children and making sure they are happy and enjoying their time with us. We have (for the first time) just added a dedicated administrator in the office to the staff team to speed up responses to admin and fee queries from parents. She is on a steep learning curve but I am sure you will see a significant improvement over the next few weeks.
