Sorry to hear that your child had to go through this, its a shame the previous owners decided to sell the business where parents valued it so much. I really hope you were supported by the previous manager. We understand a company transition can be very daunting for children, parents and staff and I am sure you will agree with it. We have tried to keep it as smooth as possible and keep the children's well being at the centre of it. <br>We tried our best to retain staff however some of them did decide to leave, the new staff are all qualified and efficient and have been fully supported to overcome any gaps in children's learning and development. We have built a good relief team therefore no longer need to use agency. The concerns and complaints parents addressed to us have now been resolved and we continue to work with parents to achieve best outcomes.
