Thank you for your lovely review and constructive feedback. <br>The Key Person relationship is such an important one not just for the children but for their parents/carers too. Any changes to Key Person should always be communicated before the changes take place. I am sorry that this has not always been the case. As a team, we are working hard to ensure clear and regular communication with our Parent Partners and the recent introduction of the online App has certainly helped. <br>In terms of the routine in our Pre-school rooms, we do a lot of child-led "play" and we look for those teachable moments in the times they are "playing" with something they have chosen and are genuinely engaged in. We also appreciate the need to have our Pre-schoolers school ready and in addition to child-led learning, we do have adult-led group times where the children develop their reading (Letters and Sounds), writing (Wriggle Write) and numeracy (Numicon) skills. We regularly review the mix of child-led and adult-led activity to ensure the children are ready for school. Your feedback is taken on board and will form part of our review process.
