After our conversation, we hope this has helped to reassure you about some of these issues. We wanted to take the time to respond to your review with some clarification to the main concerns.<br><br>The Nursery is always staffed to ratio of 1:3 in babies, 1:4 in toddlers and 1:8 in preschool. Rotas are provided weekly to make sure at all times these legal requirements are met.<br>Weekly planning and continuous provision is in place in each room providing the children with a variety of exciting learning experiences that match the individual child’s developmental needs and next steps.<br>We strive as a setting to provide the best possible care for our children and we are truly sorry you feel this was not the case with your child. We, of course, take any feedback seriously and use this to inform our practice and improvement plan moving forward.<br><br>We wish you all the best for the future and are here to continue to discuss concerns if required.
