Clearly, some of your experiences at Lavenders have not met with the standards I’d expect and I’m pleased that I have been able to resolve some of these issues.
Our colleagues continually undertake training and have regular supervisions where their performance is monitored, to ensure they deliver high-quality care throughout the day.
I have now removed the table cloths and purchased some baskets for the fruit on the tables.
