We are pleased that your daughter enjoys her time at Lavenders. <br> <br>Clearly, some of your experiences at Lavenders have not met with the standards I’d expect and I’m pleased that I have been able to resolve some of these issues.<br> <br>Our colleagues continually undertake training and have regular supervisions where their performance is monitored, to ensure they deliver high-quality care throughout the day.<br> <br>I have now removed the table cloths and purchased some baskets for the fruit on the tables. <br> <br>If you would like to discuss anything with me in person please feel free to see me.
